私たちBunkyoWesternsは、サイバーセキュリティの向上と技術力の研鑽を目的として活動するCTFチームです。文京区を拠点に、国内外の様々な大会に参加し、日々技術の向上に努めております。

これまでの活動におきまして、オセアニア随一のCTFであるDownUnderCTF 2025での優勝、国内最大級のCTFであるSECCON CTFの2024年度大会における国内決勝での優勝など、数多くの実績を積み重ねてまいりました。また、海外で開催される決勝大会にも積極的に参加し、国際的な舞台において技術力を発揮しております。

CTF（Capture The Flag）は、情報セキュリティに関する知識と技術を競う競技です。私たちは、Web、暗号、リバースエンジニアリング、フォレンジック、PWNなど、多岐にわたる分野において専門性を持つメンバーが集い、互いに切磋琢磨しながら成長を続けています。

近年のサイバー攻撃の高度化・複雑化に伴い、情報セキュリティ人材の育成は社会的な急務となっております。私たちは、競技を通じて培った技術と経験を活かし、より安全で信頼性の高い情報社会の実現に貢献してまいります。

また、技術コミュニティとの交流や知見の共有にも積極的に取り組み、セキュリティ分野の発展に寄与できるよう尽力いたします。

BunkyoWesterns is a CTF (Capture The Flag) team dedicated to advancing cybersecurity and enhancing technical skills. Based in Bunkyo Ward, we participate in various competitions both domestically and internationally, continuously striving to improve our expertise.

Throughout our activities, we have achieved numerous accomplishments, including winning DownUnderCTF 2025, one of Oceania's premier CTF competitions, and securing first place in the domestic finals of SECCON CTF 2024, Japan's largest CTF competition. We also actively participate in international finals, demonstrating our technical capabilities on the global stage.

CTF is a competition that tests knowledge and skills in information security. Our team comprises members with expertise in diverse fields including Web security, cryptography, reverse engineering, forensics, and PWN. We grow together through mutual learning and healthy competition.

With the increasing sophistication and complexity of cyber attacks in recent years, the development of information security professionals has become a pressing social need. We are committed to contributing to the realization of a safer and more reliable information society by leveraging the technical skills and experience we have cultivated through competitions.
