私たちBunkyoWesternsは、サイバーセキュリティの向上と技術力の研鑽を目的として活動する、国内トップクラスのCTFチームです。CTF（Capture The Flag）とは、情報セキュリティに関する知識と技術を競う競技です。私たちは文京区を拠点に、国内外の様々なCTF大会に参加し、日々技術の向上に努めております。

これまでの活動において、オセアニア随一のCTFであるDownUnderCTF 2025での優勝、国内最大級の大会であるSECCON CTF 13における国内決勝優勝をはじめ、世界有数の競技大会で数多くの輝かしい実績を積み重ねてまいりました。チームにはPwn、Web、暗号、リバースエンジニアリング、フォレンジックなど、多岐にわたる分野の専門性を持つメンバーが集い、互いに切磋琢磨しながら成長を続けています。

近年のサイバー攻撃の高度化・複雑化に伴い、情報セキュリティ人材の育成は社会的な急務となっています。私たちは、競技を通じて培った技術と経験を社会に還元し、より安全で信頼性の高い情報社会の実現に貢献してまいります。また、技術コミュニティとの交流や知見の共有にも積極的に取り組み、セキュリティ分野全体の発展にも寄与できるよう尽力いたします。

We are BunkyoWesterns, one of Japan's top-tier CTF teams, dedicated to advancing cybersecurity and honing our technical skills. CTF (Capture The Flag) is a competition designed to test knowledge and skills in information security. Based in Bunkyo, Tokyo, we actively participate in various domestic and international CTF competitions, constantly striving to improve our capabilities.

Through our dedicated efforts, we have achieved numerous outstanding results in prestigious global competitions. These include winning DownUnderCTF 2025, Oceania's premier CTF, and securing first place in the Japanese finals of SECCON CTF 13, one of Japan's largest tournaments.

Our team consists of members with expertise in diverse fields such as Pwn, Web, Cryptography, Reverse Engineering and Forensics. We foster an environment of collaboration and mutual growth.

With the increasing sophistication and complexity of cyber attacks, nurturing information security talent has become an urgent societal need. We aim to leverage the skills and experience gained through competition to contribute to the realization of a safer and more reliable information society.
